Neptune Logistics, LLC is a trucking company that can meet the needs of any customer's ground freight requirements.

We are built based upon some critical standards when it comes to moving freight:

Communication - We keep in touch with our drivers at least every 4 hours. Also when a customer calls Neptune anybody answering the phone can assist them. We have systems in place to allow for this.

Responsibility - At Neptune we know we are 100% responsible for that freight once it's in our possesion. We know you are shipping it for a reason, with a predetermined time it needs to be there. WE WILL GET IT THERE, no matter what it takes. We want to get the load off the dock, and take it off your mind. We pride ourselves in a nearly perfect on-time pick-up and delivery percentage.

Honesty - This is life, and things happen in life. With our dealing in the past we have came across to many dishonest dispatchers, sales people, and customers that are trying to cover an error. We will NEVER do such a thing. Should there every be a delay, or change of plans we will ALWAYS inform the customer immediately. In our minds late is black and white. Noon means noon, and not 12:01. Should it look like we will be late we will inform ALL PARTY'S involved. Also, we will never make open promises. If we said we can or will do it, its done.
